RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

At Car Mats Fit, we strive to provide you with tailor-made mats that perfectly fit your vehicle. As such, we want to inform you about our returns, refunds, and cancellations policy.

Order Cancellation and Refunds:

Please be aware that once you place a custom order with us, we immediately send it into production. Due to this swift process, we cannot accommodate cancellations for custom-fit tailor-made mats. When you make a purchase on carmatsfit.com, you confirm your custom order.

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

  1. If the mats we provide fail to fit your vehicle after following the installation instructions, and
  2. If the replacement mats we send do not resolve the fitment issue.

Restocking Fee for Returns:

Given the custom-made nature of our products, they hold no resale value if returned. If, despite offering a free replacement that corrects the fitment issue, customers still insist on returning the custom-made goods, we will charge a restocking fee of 40% of the initial order value. This fee helps cover the materials and craftsmanship involved.

Proper Installation Guide:

We understand that proper installation is essential to ensure the perfect fit of Car Mats Fit in your vehicle. Please follow these instructions carefully:

  1. Remove any floor mats that were already in the car.
  2. Adjust the driver’s seat back entirely and then move it upward entirely.
  3. Slide your Car Mats Fit into place.
  4. Repeat the same steps for the passenger side mat.
  5. To install the mats in the back seats, adjust the driver and passenger seats all the way forward to reveal the maximum floor space.
  6. Place the mats across the floors, and they should slide right in.
  7. Use the provided clips where necessary. For areas without designated clip placements, you can use Velcro strips to ensure the mats lie flat against the floor.

Troubleshooting and Assistance:

Should you encounter any difficulties during installation, please don’t worry; improper installation can sometimes be the cause. If you need assistance, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@carmatsfit.com, providing your order number and pictures/videos of the mats installed in your specific vehicle.
  2. Our team of experts will promptly investigate the fitting issues and provide you with a solution.
  3. In most cases, we will ship out a free replacement set that fits your vehicle correctly.
  4. If fitment issues persist even with the replacement set, a full refund will be issued.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: REFUND POLICY

At Car Mats Fit, we strive to provide you with top-notch products and customer service. We want to clarify our refund policy, especially in certain situations.

Refunds After 60 Days from Initial Transaction:

If you are eligible for a partial or complete refund, please be aware that after a 60-day period from your initial transaction, you will be required to use or set up a PayPal account to receive the refund. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Dislike of Design or Color:

As our mats are custom-made specifically for your vehicle, we cannot accept return applications based on a dislike of style or color. It is crucial that you carefully select the color/design that you desire before placing your order. If you have any doubts or need further assurance, please feel free to contact us at contact@carmatsfit.com, and we will provide you with images and videos to ensure your chosen color/design meets your expectations.

Return Procedure and Conditions:

In the event that a return claim is agreed upon between you and Car Mats Fit, the following conditions apply:

  1. An agreement must be reached between the customer and Car Mats Fit regarding the return claim.
  2. The product must be shipped back in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
  3. If any revisions are necessary after we receive the returned product, we reserve the right to rectify the design and provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Restocking Fee for Custom-Made Goods:

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, they hold no resale value if returned. Should you insist on returning custom-made goods, a restocking fee of 40% of the initial order value will be charged. This fee is necessary to cover materials and craftsmanship expenses.

Free Shipping Worldwide:

We are delighted to offer free shipping for all our products worldwide. However, please be aware that the return shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be returned and undergo inspection to ensure it has not been used and remains undamaged.

Once the item meets the above criteria, a full refund will be issued within 14 business days.

Tracked Delivery Service Recommended:

For your peace of mind and efficient processing, we highly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning the product.

Customs Import Taxes:

Please be informed that if your country’s customs impose additional taxes on imports, we cannot accept returns or refund requests due to these charges. Any applicable taxes must be paid to the customs authorities in order to receive the products. We advise you to familiarize yourself with the customs import tax legislation of your country to avoid any inconvenience.

ORDERING INFORMATION

We want to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our valued customers at Car Mats Fit. Please take note of the following important details when placing an order:

Vehicle Details and Delivery Address:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and correct vehicle details and delivery addresses during the purchase process. Car Mats Fit will not be held accountable for any mistakes made in selecting the vehicle or providing the delivery address.

Lost Parcel:

For orders not insured against loss and theft, refunds cannot be issued. However, we will promptly ship out a free replacement with Expedited Shipping to ensure you receive your order.

Returned/Uncollected Parcels:

If a parcel is not collected upon delivery or is returned to us for any reason, we will reship the package to your address of choice. Please note the following charges:

  1. Re-shipping Charge: A $40 USD re-shipping fee will apply if the order value is below $200. If the order value exceeds $200, the re-shipping charge will be $80. Re-delivery in this case may take up to 30 days (accounting for return time and re-shipping time).
  2. Re-stock Fee: If you choose not to wait for the re-delivery and prefer a refund instead, a re-stock fee of 40% of the initial order value will be charged to cover materials and craftsmanship.
